FAREWELL DINNER FOR CHAD TODAY: The entire congregation is invited to stay for the farewell pot-luck dinner for our organist and choir director, Chad Pittman, following the late service today. Chad’s last day with us will be next Sunday, May 27.

PARISH LEADERSHIP COUNCIL will meet this Tuesday, May 22, at 6:30 p.m.

BYOB&B STUDY GROUP will meet at 6:30 p.m. this Thursday, May 24, at the home of Ruth Wartick, 4060 Blue Jay Trail in Stow.

SPRING CHOIR PARTY: The spring choir party will be held at 6:00 p.m. this Friday, May 25, at the home of Rosine Johnson, 421 Ivan Drive in Kent. Members of the Bell Choir and Vocal Choir, and their families are invited. Everyone is asked to bring a heavy hors d’oeuvre.

VOTERS MEETING ~ JUNE 3:  A voters meeting will be held after the worship service on Sunday, June 3.  Election of officers, board directors, and board members for the 2012-2014 biennium will be on the agenda.  All congregation members are asked to attend.

MUSIC RECITAL: Christine Lemay’s piano and voice students will perform in Faith’s Sanctuary on Sunday, June 3, 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. Chad Pittman’s students are also performing. Everyone is welcome to attend. Refreshments will be served in the Fellowship Hall following the Recital.

PEDAL-WITH-PETE SATURDAY, JUNE 9, 2012: A cycling/hiking event hosted by Pedal-with-Pete, a philanthropic organization dedicated to raising funds for Cerebral Palsy research. The event will start and finish at Faith Lutheran Church. Registration is 7:00 – 9:30 a.m.

BATHROOM TISSUE for KENT SOCIAL SERVICES: Next Sunday is the last day to bring in toilet paper for KSS.  Please place all donations on the table near the elevator.  Thank you everyone!
